988wen Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "988wen" refers to the online gaming platform operating at 988wen.net and all associated services, products, software, and interfaces provided thereunder.
• "Platform" means the 988wen website, mobile interface, and any software applications made available to users.
• "User", "You", "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 988wen Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player upon completing the 988wen registration process.
• "Balance" means the total PKR funds held in a Player's 988wen Account at any given time, including deposited funds and credited bonuses where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or incentives awarded by 988wen to a Player's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Player must wager a specified amount before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by 988wen before processing withdrawals or as required by compliance obligations.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency of the 988wen Platform.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning given to it in Section 8 of these Terms.

By accessing the 988wen Platform, creating an Account, or using any service offered by 988wen — including placing bets, playing games, making deposits, or claiming bonuses — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the 988wen Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

988wen reserves the right to require Users to re-confirm their acceptance of updated Terms at any time as a condition of continued access to the Platform.

To register and maintain an Account on 988wen, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 988wen strictly prohibits participation by individuals under the age of 21.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming and sports betting under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close associate of 988wen or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and current personal information during the registration process.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended 988wen Account.

988wen reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 988wen may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the 988wen Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes.
• All activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not, if such unauthorised activity results from your failure to adequately protect your credentials.
• Notifying 988wen immediately via the support contact if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Keeping your personal details, including contact information and payment method details, accurate and up to date.

988wen may suspend or permanently close an Account at its discretion where there is reason to believe that the Account is being used in breach of these Terms, in a manner that constitutes fraud or money laundering, or where the Platform's integrity is at risk. In cases of confirmed fraudulent activity, 988wen reserves the right to withhold all Account balances pending a formal investigation and report to relevant authorities.

Inactive Accounts — defined as Accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months — may be subject to an inactivity administration fee as notified to the User, or may be closed at 988wen's discretion after reasonable notice is provided to the registered email address.

988wen processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported payment methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and USDT. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account Balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. 988wen is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once your Account has completed the KYC verification process.
• Withdrawals will be paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to 988wen's discretion and applicable compliance requirements.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the Account withdrawal section.
• 988wen aims to process verified withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and volume of requests.
• 988wen reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request.

988wen offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to the following general provisions:

• Bonuses are available to Players who meet the stated eligibility criteria at the time the offer is claimed. 988wen reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement will be clearly stated in the offer terms.
• 988wen reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to eligible Accounts in good faith will be honoured subject to their stated terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts, exchanged for cash prior to meeting Wagering Requirements, or combined with other offers unless the offer terms explicitly permit this.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, colluding with other Players, or employing automated or systematic betting strategies to exploit bonus conditions — will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-related funds.
• Where 988wen determines that a bonus has been claimed or used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms, 988wen reserves the right to reclaim the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

Each game and betting market available on the 988wen Platform is governed by specific rules displayed within the relevant game or market interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules will prevail in respect of that game or market only.

General betting and gaming provisions applicable across the 988wen Platform include the following:

• All game outcomes on 988wen are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited for fairness. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published for each game where required by the applicable gaming license.
• Sports betting markets, including PSL cricket, international cricket, and other sports, are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant governing body. 988wen's decision on market settlement is final.
• Bets placed in error — including duplicate bets, bets placed on closed markets, or bets placed after an event has concluded — will be void and the staked amount returned to the Account Balance.
• 988wen reserves the right to void any bet that has been accepted as a result of a manifest error, including incorrect odds, incorrect market description, or a technical fault on the Platform.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and games and are displayed at the point of placing a bet or making a wager.

Live casino games are provided in partnership with certified live dealer game suppliers and are subject to both these Terms and the supplier's applicable rules. 988wen makes no warranty regarding the uninterrupted availability of live casino streams, which may be subject to third-party service interruptions.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 988wen Platform. Any User found to have engaged in Prohibited Conduct will be subject to immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person without their full knowledge and consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or knowingly allowing a person under 21 to access your Account.
• Using automated bots, scripts, AI-assisted tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other Players or the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, chip dumping, or any other activity intended to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Using the Platform to launder money or process proceeds of criminal activity.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith or in a manner inconsistent with legitimate payment disputes.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions.

988wen is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all Players. The Platform provides a range of tools designed to help Players manage their gaming activity, all of which are accessible directly from the Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately upon activation and may not be increased for a minimum cooling period of 24 hours.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session durations. The Platform will display a notification and log out the Player when the limit is reached.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may take a temporary break of between 24 hours and six weeks. During a cooling-off period the Account will be inaccessible for gaming purposes.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request self-exclusion for a minimum period of six months. Self-exclusion requests take effect within one hour of submission and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

988wen's support team may initiate a responsible gaming intervention where patterns of play suggest a Player may be experiencing difficulties. 988wen may impose limits or suspend an Account on welfare grounds without requiring the Player's prior consent where it considers such action necessary.

All content available on the 988wen Platform — including but not limited to the 988wen brand name and logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, audio, video, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of 988wen or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only, subject to full compliance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 988wen content without prior written authorisation.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform software or content.
• Use the 988wen name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without express written consent.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from the Platform by automated means.

Any unauthorised use of 988wen intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 988wen's total liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

988wen shall not be liable for any of the following, whether foreseeable or not:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Service interruptions caused by technical faults, third-party infrastructure failures, or circumstances beyond 988wen's reasonable control, including force majeure events.
• Losses arising from a Player's reliance on information published on the Platform that is subsequently found to contain errors.
• Unauthorised Account access resulting from a Player's failure to protect login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any matter that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

988wen collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of the overall agreement between you and 988wen and should be read in conjunction with these Terms.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of:

• Account registration, verification, and management.
• KYC and anti-money laundering compliance obligations.
• Processing deposits and withdrawals through third-party payment providers.
• Providing customer support and responding to enquiries.
• Responsible gaming monitoring and intervention where required.
• Marketing communications, where you have provided the required consent.

988wen does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers acting on 988wen's behalf and with regulatory or law enforcement bodies where legally required.

988wen reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, 988wen will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Players by email to the address on file or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the 988wen Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account by contacting the 988wen support team.

988wen recommends that Players review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 988wen holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation with the 988wen support team shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to submit a complaint to the 988wen support team in writing. 988wen will acknowledge complaints within five (5) business days and will endeavour to resolve all complaints within thirty (30) days of receipt.

Nothing in this clause limits a Player's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their legal rights on an urgent basis.
